Responsibilities:
Responds to resident and management work requests and takes corrective action according to establishedpriorities. Performs routine and maintenance repair on equipment to ensure proper operationTroubleshoots problem andnotifies supervisor as needed. Inspects and performs preventative maintenance according to established schedules and procedures. Complies with all OSHA and MOSH regulations concerning building. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma/G.E.D., 1 year related experienceBasic practical knowledge. Must possess a valid Maryland driver's license with less than three (3) points.
